A week ago, I had the honor of attending the NCMPS Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was an inspiring experience filled with meaningful conversations, new ideas, and a shared passion for Montessori education.

Connecting with fellow educators and leaders reminded me of the importance of creating environments where children can thrive, explore, and grow with confidence. Every session brought fresh inspiration that I’m excited to bring back to our school community.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, reflect, and continue growing alongside such dedicated professionals.
