The “plan,” if you want to call it that, is not always a written plan pinned to a wall. It is a repeatable method: keep ordinary people emotionally activated, suspicious of each other, exhausted, and fighting sideways instead of looking upward at the structures extracting power, money, and freedom from them. That is the core of it.

So let’s strip it right back.

people with serious influence over money, war, media, technology, health, law, and policy mix together constantly. That matters because it means narratives, priorities, and “acceptable futures” are often shaped before the public ever gets a vote on them. They share interests. They speak the same language. They protect the same machinery. That alone creates a top layer that is far more aligned than the public underneath it.

The division part comes next.

If you are running a society and you want control, the last thing you want is a population unified around class power, corruption, financial capture, censorship, surveillance, and elite immunity. You do not want people asking why housing is broken, why wages are crushed, why wars keep happening, why data is being harvested, why corporations write policy, why trust is collapsing. So the easiest move is to keep people locked in horizontal conflict.

That means race against race.
Men against women.
Left against right.
Native against migrant.
Religious against secular.
Straight against gay.
Vaxxed against unvaxxed.
Poor against poorer.
And now human against machine.

Not because every one of those issues is fake. Some are deeply real. But because real pain can be weaponised. The trick is to take genuine grievances and turn them into permanent emotional battlefields that never resolve and never threaten the people actually benefiting from the chaos.

That is the slow division method.

Step one: identify fault lines already present in society.
History has already given them loads. Race, religion, class, nationalism, s*x, ideology, borders, trauma, insecurity. They do not need to invent the cracks. The cracks are already there.

Step two: keep inflaming those cracks.
Media framing, selective outrage, algorithmic amplification, culture war bait, repetitive slogans, emotional headlines, identity branding, fear campaigns. Keep everyone reacting. Keep everyone in fight mode. Keep nuance dead.

Step three: reward tribal loyalty over truth.
People get socially punished for stepping outside their side. If they question their own team, they are called traitors. So they stop thinking clearly and start defending identities. At that point the public polices itself for you. You barely need heavy censorship when shame, outrage, and tribe enforcement do the job.

Step four: use crisis to tighten the net.
Every major shock becomes an opportunity. Terror gives you security expansion. Disease gives you emergency powers and behavioural control. Economic collapse gives you centralisation. Social unrest gives you surveillance. “Safety” becomes the excuse every time. And because the public is already divided and frightened, half of them cheer it on while the other half screams into the void.

Step five: keep the public focused on symptoms, never architecture.
People argue over the latest headline, personality, scandal, slur, protest, election, celebrity, or outrage cycle. Meanwhile the deeper machinery keeps moving: data collection, financial concentration, corporate-state mergers, legal creep, speech controls, dependency systems, digital infrastructure, behavioural nudging. The crowd fights over theatre while the stage is being rebuilt around them.

That is why division is so useful. A divided public cannot mount a coherent challenge to institutional power.

Now I’ll break down the ten points in plainer English.

The overlapping elite rooms matter because power talks to power. When bankers, tech firms, military contractors, global forums, think tanks, and political operators all circulate in the same ecosystem, they do not need to agree on every detail to move in the same direction. Shared class interest does a lot of the work.

Crisis centralisation matters because emergency is the oldest trick in the book. People surrender freedoms far more easily when scared. They accept tracking, censorship, fast policy, expert rule, and top-down intervention when told the threat is urgent enough. Then most of those powers never fully go away.

Narrative control matters because whoever frames reality shapes behaviour. You do not need absolute censorship. You just need to decide what gets repeated, what gets mocked, what gets buried, and what gets labelled dangerous. Control the emotional weather and you control a huge chunk of the crowd.

Finance sitting above politics matters because governments often look sovereign until money says no. Debt markets, sanctions, institutional capital, central-bank policy, investor confidence, trade leverage, currency pressure. These can force decisions harder than public opinion can. So people vote one way and still get funnelled another.

War profitability matters because when destruction feeds budgets and contracts, peace becomes bad business for powerful sectors. That does not mean every conflict is fake. It means there are always actors who benefit when instability becomes permanent.

The synchronised language matters because script reveals alignment. When governments, NGOs, corporations, media, and global bodies all suddenly start using the same soft managerial phrases, it tells you there is a coordinated worldview at work. It is branding for power. It makes control sound ethical.

Unelected influence matters because people sense they are voting inside a fenced garden. They may choose the face, but not the operating system. The deeper levers often sit with bureaucracies, intelligence structures, financial institutions, trade systems, and large platforms the public cannot meaningfully remove.

Selective censorship matters because once the referee openly picks sides, trust dies. Then society fragments even faster because nobody believes the information field is clean anymore. That collapse of trust actually helps control too, because confused populations are easier to steer than clear ones.

Data collection matters because this is the modern control grid. Your searches, location, purchases, biometrics, contacts, habits, moods, risk profiles, beliefs, and vulnerabilities can all be mapped. A state from fifty years ago would have killed for this level of passive access. That does not mean full totalitarian control is already here. It means the infrastructure for unprecedented behavioural management exists.

And the corporation-state blur matters because once public power and private power fuse, accountability gets slippery. Governments blame companies. Companies blame regulation. Consultants float between both. Lobbyists write rules. Platforms enforce speech norms. Defense, pharma, finance, and tech become arms of governance without having to wear the same uniform.

So when people say, “they’ve been dividing us for years,” the serious version is not just “evil masterminds making memes.”

It is this:

A system of power benefits when the public is fragmented.
Institutions repeatedly use fear, identity, crisis, and information control to keep that fragmentation alive.
And while the public is busy fighting each other, wealth, power, data, and decision-making continue concentrating upward.

And if you want the bluntest line of all, it’s this:

A population that is united around truth, material reality, and shared interests is dangerous to entrenched power.
A population split into angry tribes is easy to manage.

That is why division keeps getting fed.
