I never know where the children are going to take me. This summer we are in the trees. Along with the bear, bobcat, robins, herons, eagles, squirrels, chipmunks, cardinals and.... ??? we will see.

Follow along or join us to see who else might be in our trees.

Okay folks, I will have a few open spots for children later this summer. I'll be looking for children and families to fit those spots (over 18 months please, my back is getting wore). I will greatly miss the families that are changing jobs and relocating.

The Cardboard Box. week 1 and 2 of delivery boxes are kids piling in, singing, markers and dolls. Then we cut doors and windows for a 3rd week. The boxes then turn flat adding another weeks worth of play. I set out the glue, scissors and scrap paper. The next day we have the paint brushes and paint. Better than product art, processed art is their own thoughts, actions and learning as they need. Not only learning control and how to use these art media's. these kids are working on their social skills, their language skills and self help. What an awesome thing a box is.
