🍎 A New School Year Is Underway at Good News! ✏️

It’s an exciting time at Good News Children’s Center!

🎒 Last week, our elementary friends headed back to school.
🦋 This week, our toddlers and preschoolers moved into their new classrooms.
📚 Next week, our Half-Day Preschool classes begin!

We love seeing the excitement of new classrooms, new routines, new friendships, and so much growing and learning ahead! 💛

There’s still room for more friends to join us! We currently have openings for all ages, including:

Good News Children’s Center has openings in our K–5 Before & After School Program!

We provide transportation to and from:
• JFK Elementary
• Oscar Howe Elementary
• Discovery Elementary
• Pettigrew Elementary

Our school-age program gives kids a place to relax, play, build friendships, get homework help, enjoy faith-based activities, and just be kids after a busy school day.

Good News Children’s Center is looking for a caring, dependable After School Teacher to lead our K–1st grade group!

🕑 Monday–Friday | 2:00/3:00–6:00 p.m.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves Jesus, loves kids, and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of children. It’s also a great fit for a college student pursuing education, early childhood, ministry, or a related field who wants hands-on experience working with children.

We’re looking for someone who:
❤️ Has a personal Christian faith and desires to share that faith with children
❤️ Enjoys building relationships with elementary-age kids
❤️ Is dependable, patient, energetic, and able to lead a group
❤️ Wants to be part of a fun, Christ-centered team

Additional hours may be available on no-school days, during the summer, and as a substitute.

🌿 God's creation is full of wonder! 🐜🌼

From searching for tiny treasures with magnifying glasses to watching busy ants, planting flowers, exploring trails, collecting nature, and admiring waterfalls, our children are discovering that every part of God's world has something amazing to teach us.

These everyday adventures spark curiosity, encourage hands-on learning, and remind us to slow down and appreciate the beauty God has created all around us.
