Southeast Technical College - Hovland Learning Center The Hovland Learning Center at Southeast Technical College is funded through the Department of Labor and Regulation.

The Center offers GED preparation, English as a Second Language instruction and basic skill development in math, reading and writing.

The Hovland Learning Center will be closed for Spring Break Monday, March 7 through Friday, March 11. We will open on Monday, March 14 at 8:30am.
