A huge thank you to Stephanie Rissler and the South Dakota Public Broadcasting team for bringing their show “South Dakota Focus” on the road for the 5th year in a row to the Coalition on Aging Spring Education Conference. Today’s topic ​​“A New Way of Living and Aging” did not disappoint! Panelists included Leacey E. Brown, Gerontology Field Specialist, SDSU Extension; Erik Gaikowski, State Director, AARP – South Dakota; Secretary Gloria Pearson, SD Department of Human Services and
Shauna Batcheller, Owner, Nestability. The show will air on Thursday, May 31st at 8pm CDT on SDPB stations across the state. We are grateful for their commitment to the aging population across the state of SD and for their ongoing support of the COA!
