Good news! After several years of inactivity, the Augustana Economics Club is back with new programming and new student leadership!

On Tuesday our students and Dr. Nesiba attended the annual Economic Outlook Seminar hosted by the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Today we hosted a talk by Dr. Jared McEntaffer, CEO of the Dakota Institute. Dr. McEntaffer talked about how he uses the tools of applied economics for economic research and business consulting at the Institute.

Thank you Oliver Bullough and thank you everyone who attended the event yesterday! We couldn’t have asked for a more relevant, eye-opening topic.
