Sōji is considered just as important as physical training, representing respect for the facility and the training partners. A clean dojo is a sign of respect.

Respect for the space.
Respect for your training partners.
Respect for the art.

We wipe down mats.
We take care of our gear.
We leave the dojo better than we found it.

Because this isn’t just a place we train…
it’s a place we grow.
