On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, we were informed of an investigation into a potential incident at our facility which was initiated following a tip to the Department of Social Services. We are fully cooperating with authorities as they work to gather all the FACTS.
At this time, Wildflower Academy will be temporarily closed while the investigation takes place. I want to emphasize that our child care center is equipped with complete video and audio surveillance that records 24/7 and we are supporting the investigation fully to ensure the safety of every child in our care, as well as to support broader efforts to make sure all children are safe in daycares. We understand that the police and state agencies have a necessary part to ensure children remain safe in our community and will support this effort!
I am incredibly thankful for the overwhelming support and love we’ve received from so many of our daycare families. Your continued trust during this difficult time means more than words can express and I am deeply grateful for your support and understanding.
