Medical student Caycee Schneider presented a poster, while Department Chair Dr. Jacob Prunuske, Dr. Jenna Wickersham of the Pierre Family Medicine Residency, and Dr. Ian Jensen, a PGY-3 resident in Pierre, connected with attendees at the residency fair.

We are incredibly proud of Dr. Petereit, his success with Walking Forward and his upcoming recognition during the South Dakota Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

Dr. Daniel Petereit is 1 of 10 being honored in the Class of 2026: 'The thing that's ironic is, for me, it all kind of started in Chamberlain in that stretch of the river.'
