Today we had surprise guests join us as we welcomed our students and families back to Loess Hills. They included Mario and Luigi, as well as our District Leadership Team members, Mrs. Rieken and Mrs. Caskey, and the Elementary Director, Mr. Mozer. Everyone loved seeing the students’ smiling faces as they took “Level Up” pictures in front of our photo booths and while they popped bubbles with our new bubble machine. It was a great way to start the school year! If you have pictures of your student’s first dat back, please share them to our page.

As part of our Back-to-School Professional Development and community-building activities, our staff competed in the Paper Airplane Challenge!

Congratulations to our Kindergarten Team for winning our very first Team Challenge! 🎉 They used creativity and teamwork to create an awesome LEVEL UP display case!

As our first champions, they were awarded the coveted Traveling Video Game Controller 🎮🏆—the symbol of Level Up bragging rights!
