Last chance to participate in the district's summer scavenger hunt!

The first 20 students to turn in a completed sheet and can show their pictures for proof at Back-to-School Night will score a prize (first come, first served!)

The challenge, should you choose to accept it:
✅ Take a picture by your school's sign
✅ Take a picture at a public library
✅ Take a picture on a walk with family
✅ Take a picture with a friend
✅ Take a picture of two books you read this summer
✅ Take a picture doing something fun

We are just a little over one week away from Back to School Night! Students are able to come meet their teacher, drop off supplies and ensure all appropriate forms and paperwork are filled out on Tuesday, August 18th from 4:00-6:00. You can save time that evening by having your Online Verification completed prior to coming. Online Verification information is on the district website and can be accessed here: https://www.siouxcityschools.org/page/online-verification. If you don't know your login or password, you may call or stop by the Liberty office between 8-4 any day this week or next Monday. Liberty's phone number is 712-279-6845. We are looking forward to seeing our Jr. Wolverines for the 2026-2027 school year.

KTIV will be packing the bus this week at Hy-Vee stores across Sioux City! Find the SCCSD school buses on these dates to donate to families in need:

July 28, 11am - 6:30pm | Hy-Vee at Southern Hills
July 29, 11am - 6:30pm | Hy-Vee on Gordon Drive
July 31, 11am - 6:30pm | Hy-Vee on Hamilton Blvd

If you are not able to make it on those dates but would still like to donate supplies, donations can be brought to our downtown office at 627 4th Street. Thank you for your support!
