If your preferred ticket is already sold out, please put your name on our waitlist. We will assess our numbers after registration closes and let you know if we are able to accommodate more campers!

Registration opens tomorrow at 10 a.m.!

We are so excited to see your student at this year's Dordt Discovery Days! Below are a few more clarifications about our new registration process:

1. While you'll need to click on a few more links this year to complete your registration, this new system will actually take a little pressure off the usual rush to fill out everything as quickly as possible to secure your spot. Your spot will now be secure for 24 hours after the first quick form! You can then take your time filling out the rest of your student's information!
2. The email you will receive after securing your spot will come from Eventbrite, not Dordt University. This email will contain the links to the other two forms (you’ll need to scroll down a bit to find them). You may also receive another email a little later from Dordt reminding you to fill out the other two forms.
3. You will be able to fill out more than one student's information on the second form ("Discovery Days Registration"). After you submit, it will prompt you to fill out the "Participation Waiver, Release of Liability, and Medical Authorization Agreement." You can only fill this out for one student at a time and will need to click back into it if filling it out for more than one student.

Overall, it should be easy to follow, and remember that you can take your time!

Registration Details!

Registration will look a little different this year. Please read below for helpful step-by-step instructions:

1. Click the link on either this page or our Discovery Days website: https://www.dordt.edu/events/dordt-discovery-days-2026
Links will go LIVE at 10 a.m. CDT time on Friday, April 10.
2. At this link, you will be able to hold up to FOUR spots at camp. All you will need is the student’s name, birth date, type of ticket, and payment information.
3. You will receive a confirmation email after this that will direct you to fill out TWO more forms for EACH student. Your spot is held at camp and cannot be taken away from you, so please take your time filling out these forms accurately.
4. Once you have filled out the two forms for each student, your registration is complete.
5. If we do not receive both forms for your student within 24 hours, we will release your hold and open your spot back up to the public.

Today's Pro Tips for Registration!

Choose your ticket!
We offer three types of tickets to Dordt Discovery Days – Resident, Commuter, and Day Camper. All are great options and provide a fun week of exploring new interests or diving deeper into familiar ones. Please review the details of each in our Parent FAQ's on the Dordt Discovery Days website.

Resident Camper Roommate Reminders!
You may register with a preferred roommate for your student; however, many campers come without a roommate. It's a great way to meet new friends! If you leave that option blank on your registration or write "n/a," we will place your student with someone according to his or her age group and class interests. Resident campers are placed in groups of eight to ten with a college-age counselor who will make sure those students settle in and adjust well to activities. *Due to capacity limitations and bunkbed setups, only one roommate should be requested per student.

Pro Tips for Registration!

Today's tip: Begin to discuss with your student his or her top three morning classes and top three afternoon classes, in order of preference. Please do not choose the same class for all preferences. We do our best to place campers in at least one of their top choices!

Registration opens in ONE WEEK!

Please have these items ready for registration:
1. Your student's top three class choices (in order of preference) for both morning and afternoon
2. Your student's T-shirt size (adult sizes XS-2XL)
3. Primary parent or guardian contact information for camp communication (do NOT put your student's contact information here)
4. Secondary contact information for another adult in case the primary contact cannot be reached in an emergency
5. Your student's preferred roommate (you may also skip that question or write "random")
6. Credit card payment information.
7. Medical insurance information
8. Prescription medication information, if applicable

Our website will have a registration button that will go live at 10:00 a.m. CDT. We will also post the registration link on this page.

We recommend that you plan to register right away. Openings are limited and spots fill up quickly!

All liability and medical forms will be available to be filled out during camp registration on April 10.

NO cell phones, please!

To encourage campers to make memories with others and because we are unable to monitor campers' phone activity, students should not bring cell phones to campus. Campers and parents will have access to staff phones 24/7, if needed.

Any student found with a cell phone will be required to leave camp.

Parents will be required to sign a statement at registration acknowledging understanding of this policy.

Exceptions will be made for students who use their phone for medical purposes - with prior approval.
