🏴‍☠️PIRATES WITH A PURPOSE! 🏴‍☠️

Yesterday was the first meeting of Sinton High School’s T.O.K.C. Team, and we couldn’t be more excited about what these students are setting out to accomplish!

T.O.K.C. — Triumph Over Kid Cancer — is about raising spirits, spreading hope, increasing public awareness, and supporting the fight for better treatments for children battling cancer.

Our Pirates are ready to fight for the kids who are fighting the biggest battle of their lives.

This team will work together to bring awareness to childhood cancer, encourage our community to get involved, and most importantly, remind children and families facing cancer that they are seen, supported, and never alone. It takes heart to stand up for a cause bigger than yourself. These students have already shown they have plenty of it!

Sinton Pirates, let’s show them what happens when our entire community comes together for a cause!🏴‍☠️💪🏼

Upcoming Picture Day and Senior Pics

📸 Fall Picture Day – Wednesday, August 26th

Pictures will be taken through students’ History/Government/Economics/Dual Credit classes. If a student is not enrolled in one of these classes, they will need to find a time during the day to come to the upstairs library for their photograph.

📌 Pictures are for ALL students in grades 9–12.

These photos will be used to update:
• Skyward
• Student IDs
• Yearbook photos

📸 Senior Portraits are NEXT WEEK!
• Boys: Tuesday
• Girls: Wednesday

Join us at Sinton High School for Meet the Teacher from 5:00–6:00 PM!

⭐ Special Presentation
🕟 4:30–5:00 PM
Judge Leslie Deases will be presenting important information on Truancy & Attendance.

✅ Bonus: All students who attend the presentation will receive 1 attendance credit.

📅 Schedule Pick-Up
Student schedules will be available in the main hall and may be picked up by a parent or legal guardian.
