Sign up now for volunteer for Wilson West's Carnival on June 2nd! We are looking for volunteers to help set up and monitor activities, as well as cases of gatorade to keep students hydrated. Clearances required for volunteers :)

The annual Student Council sponsored Wilson West Carnival is Monday, June 2nd. Volunteers at this event will help monitor activities, offer teachers a chance to take a break or use the restroom, restock coolers, and help keep lines moving. Who's ready for a delicious way to kick off the weekend while supporting our school? Come out to Yogo Crazy on Friday, April 25th between 4:00 and 9:30 p.m. to help support the Wilson West PTO.

It's simple to participate, during the event just show the attached flyer to the cashier (you can show it on your phone or print it) and then enjoy your treats knowing a portion of your purchase supports our students and teachers!

You can share this post and flyer with everyone you know - the more people who participate, the more funds we raise! Remember, the flyer must be presented for their purchase to count toward our fundraiser.

As part of our ongoing fundraising efforts, we are offering substantially discounted admission tickets to Hershey Park. Tickets are valid for any day through January 4, 2026! All ticket orders and payment are due by April 7th at 3:00 p.m.
