Some more pix of everyone training at the Gasshuku in June. More than techniques, this art is all about expression through your body, and there is just no substitute for learning through feel! Getting together and feeling how everyone is progressing and evolving, learning different perspectives, is inspiring and supercharges our practice when we get home.
