🚗💰 Where do your tax dollars go? 🤔
Did you know the U.S. spends $4.7 billion per year subsidizing the oil & gas industry? Meanwhile, EV buyers can get up to $7,500 in tax credits.
If those oil subsidies went to EV incentives instead, buyers could still get financial help—and taxpayers might actually save money.
What do you think? Should tax dollars:
âś… Fund EV tax credits
⛽️ Continue oil & gas subsidies
❌ End both subsidies

Installment 2: First Contact
The team heading towards the smoke moved cautiously through the dense underbrush, every step deliberate to avoid making noise. David led the way, his military training kicking in, while Emma scanned their surroundings for any signs of edible plants or hidden dangers.
As they approached the source of the smoke, they found a clearing. A campsite—recently abandoned. The fire still smoldered, and scattered around were a few empty cans and a single, worn-out backpack.
“Looks like someone left in a hurry,” Emma whispered, picking up the backpack and rifling through it. “Nothing but a few scraps of paper and...”
She stopped, pulling out a map. It was hand-drawn, detailing the immediate area with an “X” marked not far from their current location. “What do you think this means?”
David looked over her shoulder. “Could be a stash of supplies, or a trap. We can’t be sure.”
Suddenly, a rustling noise came from the woods behind them. They froze, exchanging nervous glances. David signaled for silence, slowly drawing his knife.
The noise grows louder, closer. Is it an animal—or someone following them?

Installment 1: The Collapse
The world had changed overnight. The global economy collapsed, and with it, the safety and stability everyone took for granted. A group of twelve survivalists, each with unique skills but vastly different backgrounds, found themselves thrust into the heart of an unforgiving wilderness.
David, a former military officer, assessed the situation quickly. “We need to establish a base camp,” he said, his voice steady. “We don’t know how long we’ll be out here, and we need to conserve our energy.”
Emma, a botanist with a knack for identifying edible plants, nodded. “Agreed. Let’s find a water source first and build around that.”
As the group began to gather materials for a temporary shelter, their eyes caught a plume of smoke rising in the distance. It was faint but unmistakable—a signal of life or perhaps a trap.
“We have to check it out,” suggested Lisa, a nurse who’d joined the group, her instincts leaning towards aid. “There could be others who need help.”
But Robert, a tech entrepreneur with no survival experience, was skeptical. “Or it could be someone waiting to take whatever supplies we have left.”
A heated debate ensued. With limited resources and an uncertain future, every decision felt like a life-or-death gamble.
The group decides to split up—one team will investigate the smoke, while the other stays back to secure the camp. As the scouting team heads into the unknown, tensions rise.
