Working in physical therapy has given me an entirely different perspective on movement, strength, recovery, and what our bodies are capable of. I’m constantly learning, constantly being challenged, and getting to help people work their way back to doing the things they love. And the more I learn here, the more I grow as a coach too. 💪🏼 Gritlab has never been just about workouts for me. It’s about building strong, capable bodies that allow us to LIVE our lives. Still learning. Still growing. Still building GRIT. 🖤

Every Wednesday!! See y’all tonight🤩💪🏼

No time… or just not a priority? 👀
You don’t need hours in the gym to make progress. You need consistency. 20–30 minutes of intentional movement is still a workout, and it still counts. We make time for what matters. Make yourself one of those things. 💪🏼 Click the link in my bio to get started today✨

Happy Friday friends!!!
Real talk is coaches don’t wake up feeling motivated every day either. Yesterday was a long day, and I definitely wasn’t feeling my best this morning. But I showed up anyway.
Today’s wins:
🐸 Finally unlocked the frog stand.
💪🏼 New dead hang PR: 1:10.
🔥 Finished with a 100-cal SkiErg partner challenge and boy and I feeling it!!✨
The goal is never to be perfect. It’s to be consistent. Those are the workouts that matter most. If you’re looking for fitness tips, training content, or are interested in personal training, follow .c on Instagram! And go show Sara some love over on Instagram too! 👏🏼 &

Monday reminder: You came for the physical results, but the mental ones are the ones that change your life. Show up for both.💪🏼🖤

One of the biggest mistakes I see is people crushing a workout… then not eating for hours. Your body just worked hard. Give it what it needs. Prioritizing protein after your workout helps repair and build muscle, while adding carbs replenishes the energy you just burned so you recover better and perform better the next time you train. You don’t have to overcomplicate it or make it perfect. Just be intentional. The work you put in at the gym deserves to be supported afterward. Recovery is part of the training, NOT separate from it. 💪🏼🩵

I'm excited to share that I've recently transitioned to a part-time role with ATI Physical Therapy. This wasn't an easy decision, but it was the right one for where I am professionally. My time at ATI has provided me with invaluable experience and insight into the rehabilitation side of health and fitness. Working alongside physical therapists has allowed me to better understand the recovery process and has strengthened my ability to help clients not only get stronger, but move and perform better as well. By moving to part-time, I'm creating more opportunity to pursue my passion for performance coaching while continuing to grow my personal training business, Gritlab. My goal has always been to help people build strength, improve endurance, increase mobility, and gain confidence through movement, and this transition allows me to dedicate more time to doing exactly that. I'm also excited to announce that I will be accepting new personal training clients beginning July 6th. Whether your goals are weight loss, strength training, athletic performance, mobility, endurance, or simply building healthier habits, I'd love the opportunity to help you get there. I'm actively seeking opportunities as a Performance Coach and excepting new clients. I am excited to continue building a career that combines fitness, performance, and helping others reach their full potential. A huge thank you to everyone at ATI for the support, mentorship, and knowledge you've shared with me along the way. I'm excited for this next chapter and everything that's ahead. You can follow my journey with Gritlab on Instagram .c and on Facebook at Gritlab for training tips, client success stories, and updates as I continue to grow my business. If you know of any Performance Coach opportunities or are interested in personal training, I'd love to connect.
