Simpsonville Elementary is proud to welcome Mrs. Holly Rollison as our new principal!
Mrs. Rollison brings 17 years of experience in education, including 8 years in school administration. Before joining the Simpsonville Elementary family, she served as Assistant Principal at Oakview Elementary and previously as an administrator at Tigerville Elementary. Prior to her work in administration, she taught fifth grade at the elementary level and sixth-grade math and history at the middle school level.
A graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, Mrs. Rollison also earned her Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision from Arkansas State University. She has completed Greenville County Schools' prestigious Instructional Leadership Academy and Aspiring Principals' Institute, further preparing her to lead with a strong focus on student achievement and instructional excellence.
For Mrs. Rollison, joining Simpsonville Elementary is more than a new role, it's a homecoming. She and her husband are both proud Simpsonville natives, making this opportunity especially meaningful for their family. Together, they have two children, Livi-Reese (14) and Russell (10). Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and relaxing with trips to the beach.
Mrs. Rollison is passionate about building meaningful relationships with students, families, staff, and the community. She believes every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and challenged to reach their fullest potential, and she looks forward to partnering with the Simpsonville Elementary community to continue a tradition of excellence.

Mrs. Schuver will be joining Simpsonville Elementary as a 3rd grade teacher! She and her family moved to Greenville, from Chapin, SC, where she taught for 15 years in first and second grade. When Mrs. Schuver is not in the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Gamecocks, and the Tigers. They are a House Divided! She loves teaching and enjoys watching her students learn and grow. Mrs. Schuver is looking forward to a great school year!

The district has chosen the company KEV Group to provide a system for the management of student activity funds called SchoolCash Online. This system supports electronic payments via credit card (convenience fee is 4% + .10 cents) and will replace MySchoolBucks for student activity funds only (FANS will continue to use MySchoolBucks for student meal accounts). Cash or check payments will also be accepted without a fee. Parents will receive an email from SchoolCash with instructions to register between July 6 and 15.

Makiya Mayes – Full-Time Substitute
Ms. Mayes will be serving as our Full-Time Substitute. She brings valuable experience working with children in both school and camp settings. Ms. Mayes is a graduate of Clemson University and just recently completed her student teaching at Monaview Elementary. Ms. Mayes is known for her positive relationships with students, strong classroom management skills, and commitment to creating supportive learning environments. Her flexibility, enthusiasm, and dedication to student success will make her a wonderful addition to our SES family.

Danielle Greer – Additional Instructional Coach
Ms. Greer will be joining our leadership team as an additional Instructional Coach. She brings a wealth of experience as an elementary educator, curriculum designer, teacher mentor, and instructional leader. Ms. Greer has been recognized for her instructional excellence, including being named Teacher of the Year at Oakview Elementary. She is on schedule to finish her doctorate in Educational Leadership this summer and is passionate about supporting teachers, fostering student success, and promoting high-quality instructional practices. We are thrilled to have her expertise and collaborative spirit supporting our staff and students.
