We had our first Pelican Pods activity, and it was a blast! Students from all grade levels are combined into small groups (pods) for some sort of activity. This first time, we had fun with a beach ball get-to-know each other game. Then, we ended with the pods trying to see who could get all the beach balls out of the parachute. Each pod also came up with a name for their pod this year.

Our Kindergarten students traded the classroom for the orchard at their field trip to the Sky Top Apple Orchard last week. Apples were picked, donuts and c***r were consumed, and to top it all off- a hayride!
