✨We’ve been prepping for the First day of School since our Open House last week & today was full of excitement to learn new things! We’ve got 9 classrooms ready to enhance growth and development by utilizing our Framework for Their Future Curriculum daily and the BEST teachers ready to guide them day by day!

And now we have the best Legacy Year Ever 📚🖍️🍎

August 9 is National Book Lovers Day. You know the brilliant minds at Legacy Academy are going to celebrate, because at Legacy every day is book lovers' day! Even in our youngest classroom of little Dreamers, we use books as part of the copyrighted curriculum. This helps them develop a lifelong love of learning.

Our teachers are students, too! At Legacy Academy for Children, our teachers are lifelong learners. Continuing education remains a priority for our staff, bringing new and updated expertise to their classrooms daily.

How can it already be time to go back to school? Our Summer Campers had an amazing summer! From field trips to science experiments, from new friends to new foods, we kept our minds and bodies moving. Many of our campers will still be together in our after school program, but for those who leave us at the start of a new school year, we will see you next year!

We have been on some amazing field trips this year as part of Summer Camp. We explored museums, nature trails, water parks, went bowling and more! Thanks for being a part of our Summer Camp! You can keep the fun going through our afterschool program, as well as fall and spring break programs.

Yesterday we were outside! Today’s Mission: Beat The Heat ☀️🍦 Today, our campers took a delicious field trip to Coldstone Creamery for some well- deserved ice cream!

We learned how ice cream is made and got a scoop for breakfast! Talk about a kids dream trip! 🍨🥰

Big thanks to Cold Stone Creamery, the crew had so much fun! We think you had a few future employees who are looking forward to some lunch break ice cream! 🤗

⚾️ We got a glimpse of the past, present, and possibilities on our fun trip to the stadium today!

Our summer camp students got a little history lesson, alongside a behind the scenes tour of our beloved minor league baseball team’s stadium. Our future baseball players got a kick out of being on the field today & checking out the locker room!

🍎 A new school year is on the horizon & our rising 4B students had a test run for field trips! The month of July of our Framework for The Future curriculum they learn about speech balloons, so we took at trip to the Franklin exhibit at the Upcountry History Museum ! 💭📚

We even played a bit at the Xavier Riddle Exhibit!
