🇺🇸 🎶 This weekend the studio was thrilled to feature songs at the 2026 Spring recital written by American composers, such as Scott Joplin, John Williams, Stephen Schwartz, George Bennard, Susan Staples Bell, Elton John, Chrissy Ricker, Taylor Swift, P!nk, and even Motley Crue! It was quite the variety of music and students … solos, duets, and ensembles! Thank you piano/voice parents, Steinway piano Gallery for sharing their recital space, .mia.2027 for assisting and Kev, Dylan and Jocelyn for running sound and providing accompaniment! See you at your next lesson where the musical fun continues! But first… a nap 😉 😴

💝 We celebrated Valentine’s Day in the studio with “Bring a Friend” week! Students loved teaching their friends songs they are currently learning. For sure planning to make this a regular thing 🥰

⛄️ This sweet student joined us at Winter Piano Camp last month and is already playing beautiful music after 2 group piano lessons! I think she’s enjoying learning piano so far… can you tell? 😏 Hope you enjoy our rendition of “Winter Paradise”, a duet from ❄️

“I don’t even know what this means!!” exclaimed a piano pal as she peeked at the end of her brand new Piano Book B. I assured her we would go one page at a time, just like we did over the last 6 months in Book A! (Hint: Ode to Joy is next week!!)
