Today we honored our Golden Paw recipients: Jen Hooper, Sandra Garcia, Whitney Orlowski and Kathy Navarrette. Their dedication and service to the students of Crestview have made a significant, lasting impact on both our school and our students. Congratulations!

Crestview’s PAWS production of Junie B Jones The Musical Jr was today, a day we’ve been preparing for all year! It was filled with magic, immense talent, giant smiles, laughter and confidence. This was a labor of love and we are eternally grateful for every single human who helped this come together, from our fearless leader (Mrs. Goss!!!) to every parent and volunteer who gave time, resources, donations and words of encouragement. We could not be more proud of these kids!!!

So proud of our 5th graders for presenting their wax museum of important leaders in the American Revolution! We had an amazing turnout of parents and students to listen to each presentation!

Our Crestview community has such an incredible opportunity to say THANK YOU to the first responders who worked tirelessly to keep our school and Simi Valley community safe during the Sandy Fire events. ❤️🚒🚁

Beginning next week when we return to school, students and families can stop by the thank-you tables at the front of the school to write notes of appreciation. You’re also welcome to create a note at home and bring it to school to drop in the collection box!

🗓 Special reminder: Tables will also be available before and after Open House on Thursday, May 28.

Let’s fill these notes with gratitude, kindness, and encouragement for the heroes who serve our community every day! 💛

This exciting event is not only a fun opportunity for students to discover new books and grow their love of reading, but it is also one of the biggest fundraisers for our school library. We wrapped up Staff Appreciation Week with a visit from our favorite coffee truck . Caffeine Queen Melissa spent the day treating everyone to their favorite drinks and everyone left with a goodie bag filled with beauty samples provided by a TK parent!
