🚨 Important Update – Day of Awesomeness 🚨

Due to the fires around Simi Valley and the unexpected school closure for the remainder of this week, our Day of Awesomeness has been rescheduled to Friday, May 29th.

While we are disappointed to postpone this exciting event, the safety and well-being of our students, families, and staff always comes first. We can’t wait to come back together for a fun-filled day of music, games, inflatables, and memories once everyone is safely back on campus.

Our hearts are with all of the families impacted by the Sandy Fire, especially those who have had to evacuate during this incredibly difficult week. Please know that the Mountain View PTA is thinking of you and sending love, strength, and support to our entire school community.

That’s a wrap on our totally awesome 90’s-themed Teacher Appreciation Week! 😎🎧

To finish the week in true throwback style, the Mountain View PTA treated our amazing teachers and staff to a 90’s candy & snack bar filled with nostalgic favorites, sweet treats, and an extra break to sit back, relax, and enjoy some well-deserved goodies. 🍬🛼✨

As fun as this week has been, our appreciation for our teachers and staff goes far beyond one special week. Every single day, you pour your hearts into our students through your kindness, patience, encouragement, and dedication. You create a safe place to learn, grow, and dream big—and that impact lasts a lifetime. ❤️

Thank you for all the early mornings, long hours, extra support, and endless care you give to our children and school community. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything you do.

Today’s lunch was OOH… AS IF we’d let our amazing teachers go hungry! 😄💜

The Mountain View PTA treated our incredible teachers and staff to a fully catered lunch from Red Robin — and let’s just say it was YUMMMMMM! 🍟🍔✨

From delicious burgers to endless appreciation, today was all about celebrating the rockstar educators who give so much to our students every single day. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, patience, and love. You truly deserve the royal treatment! 👑📚
