Got an idea for a brand-new club, or ready to bring back student favorites like Pickleball, Fishing, or Sister-Sister? Now is the time to make it official!
To secure a spot at Club Rush and get your club running, pick up a Club Proposal Form and follow these steps:
* **Fill Out Your Form:** Detail your club’s purpose, proposed meeting location, day, and time.
* **Gather Your Team:** Collect names and signatures from 10 interested students.
* **Get Advisor Approval:** Have your faculty advisor sign off on the proposal.
* **Submit by August 28th:** Turn in your completed form with your advisor's signature by **Friday, August 28th**.
Once approved, you'll be set to showcase your club, set up your booth, and recruit members at **Club Rush on Friday, September 4th during lunch**!

Required for all new & returning students. Please arrive during your grade's designated time slot:
⏰ 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM: 7th & 8th Grade Students
⏰ 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Freshmen & Sophomores
⏰ 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Juniors & Seniors
What you’ll do:
Picture Day: Get your school photo taken! (Note: Students must be in dress code for their pictures!) 📸
Lockers: Grab your locker assignment and details. 🔑
First Day Prep: Get an overview of what to expect on your very first day of school.

📝 Final Exam Week is Almost Here!
Time to hit the books! 📚 Please take a moment to review the Final Exam Schedule for the week of May 18th.
Make sure you know exactly when and where you need to be. Here is the breakdown:
8th & 12th Graders
Dates: Monday, May 18 (DEFG) & Tuesday, May 19 (ABCG)
Location: Final Exams will be held during your regularly scheduled class periods.
7th & 9th–11th Graders
Wednesday, May 20: Science (8:00 AM) & Math (10:00 AM)
Thursday, May 21: English (8:00 AM) & History (10:00 AM)
Friday, May 22: Bible (8:00 AM) & Spanish (10:00 AM)
⚠️ Important Reminder: If you do not have a specific class or have already completed your final for a subject, you are not to be on campus during those times.
