Allowing my natural color has been so freeing and also challenging to find the style I like the most. My texture has changed along with the color - so I’m trying my old fav haircut by .

I love the ease of this cut! And I also appreciate how aligned my choice to let myself age naturally feels. I feel growing distress seeing what women are doing to themselves- ladies, your years of wisdom can look beautiful. Thank you to and others who are embracing & celebrating natural aging.

I’m all for choice - choosing gray and natural age lines might not be for everyone. I just want space for CHOICE rather than being forced into some patriarchal baloney.

I’ve been too lazy to read this book. 😂

Learned about it from and and decided it would be fun to read it.

Perhaps posting about it will inspire me to stop being lazy and read the thing. 🥸

OK kidding about the lazy thing. But I did think it would inspire me (Michele) to read it if y’all ask me about it. 😉

Love and creativity is expressed in infinite ways. Every day Dean leaves these beautiful bowls of love and nourishment for me.

Having a relationship where we each bring our best selves to one another is a gift that we’ve cultivated and cared for with intention.

Enjoying your relationship is a choice. It starts with choosing to prioritize your own well-being. Are you thriving physically & emotionally? Are you letting your Essence shine? And …are you giving care and attention to your “we” space?

Bring your attention to what matters to you. If you want a thriving relationship, take little steps each day to create it. 20 second hugs, expressing thoughtful appreciations, smiling at one another. ✨✨✨

The little acts of love add up.

Off to eat my luscious breakfast!

Had the best time at the 50th anniversary of Neil Diamond’s show at the Greek Theatre. They opened up the pit and we danced the whole show. A nice young lady took this vid of us having fun! 🤩 you rocked the Greek!

Easy Magic and Expanding Abundance in action. 💞

How are you doing with living intentionally?

When you get clear about what you most want, you will begin to align with your intentions and you’ll experience the results.

We find that it’s an everyday recommitment and the more we align, the more our life matches what we most want.

We went to see the monarch butterflies in Goleta CA. Well… suffice it to say that when I went about a decade ago there were hundreds and hundreds of them.
Today we saw one little grouping of maybe 20.
Sad 😢 May they return in abundance one day.

We still had a lovely walk and a nice dinner on the way home. Our relationship is such a source of ease - whatever we’re doing, we are doing it allies. and are the result of one choice after another of authenticity, healthy responsibility and recommitment.

Every year we choose a word as an intention for the year. Two years ago mine was Embrace, last year Inspire, and this year we both chose phrases. My lovely friend mentioned she might choose Magic (she also chooses a word each year - great minds…!) and that immediately resonated with me.

I chose Easy Magic because I want to experience more flow and joy - and Dean’s is Expanding Abundance- because who doesn’t want to expand abundance in every wonderful way?!
I have enjoyed inspiring my friends and clients to choose words - they become a new default setting - if my life isn’t flowing I know to remind myself of Easy Magic and make any adjustments I need to so that I can be back in a joyful flow.
I also love decorating my word on a card and it sits on my desk to remind me all day. This year I added beads. I’m loving it!
Happy New Year! May you be happy and well. Let’s all be well together.
