In this episode, I to explain what are home buyer’s closing costs. What are they comprised of and why are you paying them?
Home sellers and home buyers pay closing costs but in this episode we are just interested in the closing costs paid by the buyer.
The general rule of thumb is, if a buyer is obtaining financing, they are going to pay approximately 3% of the purchase price of the home in closing costs. That is above and beyond the down payment Listen to the podcast!
