ing family-centric environment. Our mixed grade level classrooms give students the opportunity to succeed at their own pace while encouraging their peers. With less than 10 students per grade level, each student gets one-on-one attention. Our school has a STEAM focus that includes robotics, bell choir, instrumental band, vocal choir, science labs and projects, individual math instruction, strong language arts, and even cooking and baking instruction in our kitchen. The school administrators are available anytime for campus tours and welcome observers. Our school is on track to become a model school for Adventist and elementary education nationwide with our new classroom upgrades. Our kindergarten upgrade is complete, with grades one and two to be done shortly. As of the 2016-2017 our before and after school care is FREE. For the 2017-20018 School year, our board has approved a NO HOMEWORK policy. No additional work will be assigned for home completion. Students are still expected to take home any incomplete assignments. SVAS is truly the best kept secret for quality Christian education in our community.
