With more than 20 years of service, Jane is a cornerstone of her school community. She is always willing to step in wherever she is needed, going above and beyond to support students and staff. Her dedication to student success is evident in the lasting relationships she builds—so much so that former students often return to visit and thank her for the impact she made on their lives.
Jane’s enthusiasm for her work is unmatched. Whether it’s a daily routine or a special event, she gives it her all. She participates in every Spirit Day, embraces the fun and joy of school traditions, and brings a positive energy that lifts those around her. Her willingness to fully engage in both the serious and lighthearted aspects of school life makes her an invaluable member of the Sycamore team.
She is more than a paraeducator—she is a mentor, a cheerleader, and an essential part of the school’s learning environment. Teachers and colleagues cannot imagine working without her. She is always dependable, always kind, and ready to support both students and staff.
