A heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing families who came out to create, craft, and celebrate with us. We loved seeing so many smiling faces and making special memories together. Even the windy weather couldn’t stop the fun—it just made for a few extra laughs along the way! 💙

Last week, we celebrated our Primary, Kindergarten, and Elementary graduates! We are so proud of all of our graduates and the children moving up, and everything they’ve accomplished this year. In Montessori, it’s such a joy to watch our students grow and learn year after year, and we’re so excited to see what comes next for those beginning their next adventure. It was also so special to watch all of our students perform for their families. They did an amazing job singing! Thank you to all of our wonderful families for celebrating with us. What a beautiful morning we shared together yesterday at our Jog-A-Thon! We are so grateful to all of our families who came out to cheer on the children and join in the fun. It was so special seeing everyone together and watching the children run lap after lap with their friends and families.

Our raffle drawings were such a fun part of the morning, and it was exciting calling up families to come choose a prize. We want to share a special thank you to our generous local community businesses for donating raffle prizes for our Jog-A-Thon. Their generosity helped make the event even more special for our families.

A special thank you to everyone who donated and supported our Jog-A-Thon. The laps the children ran this morning, along with flat donations, will help raise money for classroom wishlists and our outdoor spaces. We are incredibly thankful for your generosity and support. Thank you for helping make it such a fun and memorable morning for everyone!

Green Gables Annual Jog-A-Thon!

We’re excited for our annual Jog-A-Thon fundraiser and would love for our families to join us for a fun morning together!

🏃 Saturday, May 30th
⏰ 10am–11am
📍 Silverdale Community Church Field
(next to our Ridgetop campus)

The money raised will go toward new classroom materials, Montessori works, and school enhancement projects. Families can also earn volunteer hour points through attendance, participation, and helping with setup or takedown. If you’d like to help out, please reach out we always appreciate the extra hands!

Bring your running shoes, water bottles, and lots of school spirit! We can’t wait to jog, laugh, and spend the morning together as a community. See you there!!

✨ Introducing Ms. Mckenzie ✨

Ms. Mckenzie is one of our Kindergarten and Elementary teacher guides and has been such a wonderful part of our team! She loves spending time with family and friends, trying new hobbies, and expressing herself through arts & crafts. Her creativity, kindness, and positive energy help create a warm and welcoming classroom environment where children feel supported and encouraged each day. She enjoys building meaningful connections with the students she teaches and loves being part of their learning journey. Outside of school, she enjoys iced coffee, Marionberry cobbler, and exploring beautiful outdoor scenic sights. Fun fact — she has a minor in American Sign Language!

We are beyond excited to finally share that our new location will officially be opening in July! This has been such a special journey for us, and we have worked extremely hard behind the scenes to create a beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared environment for our children and families. Every detail of this space has been created with love, intention, and our Montessori values at heart. From long days of planning and preparing to watching everything slowly come together, this dream is becoming a reality and we could not be more grateful for the support from our amazing community along the way.

We would absolutely love for our families, friends, and community members to come visit us during our Open House on Thursday, May 28th! Currently enrolled families are invited from 3:30–4:30pm, and we will be open to the public from 5:00–6:00pm. We are so excited to open our doors, show you our new space, and celebrate this exciting new chapter together. Thank you for continuing to support, encourage, and grow with us — we truly could not do this without all of you!

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our wonderful moms, grandmas, and mother figures! We hope your day is filled with love, laughter, and sweet moments with your little ones. The children worked so hard this past week creating beautiful crafts and gifts with so much care and excitement. It was so special watching them pour their love into every little detail while talking about the people they love most. Thank you for all that you do each and every day. Your love, support, and kindness mean the world to your children and to our school community. We are so grateful for you today and always. 💐❤️

What a truly special Teacher Appreciation Week we had! We are so thankful for the incredible teachers who bring so much warmth, encouragement, and dedication into the classroom each day. Their gentle guidance, endless care, and joyful spirit help create such a loving environment for the children to learn and grow in. A huge thank you to all of the wonderful families who shared kind words, thoughtful gifts, and so much appreciation throughout the week. Your generosity and support mean more than words can say, and we truly felt so celebrated and spoiled. We are beyond grateful for this amazing community and the love that surrounds our school every day.
