Karl, Josh, Char, and Teddy are doing a charity seminar in April.

No class the 23rd - 25th
Kids Day Camps coming on January 19th and February 16th. Space is limited so call, text, or email to reserve a spot.
Open mat December 24th at 7 pm.

Kids Game Day and Potluck is this Sunday from 12:30 to 2:30. Sign up at the desk or message us to sign up.
We'll have board games, video games, snacks, and the mats will be open for the kids to play on!

Given how hot it will be over the next couple days if it is 90° or higher we will switch any Gi class to a no-Gi class.

Meghna will be teaching a free women's only introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She is a skilled practitioner and has been training here for over 5 years.
