Quality Time Learning Center was founded in 1988 by Mr. Richard Crump, a West Point graduate with a love for children and a vision to create innovative, advanced early education programs. Quality Time is committed to the concept of equal opportunity through education, and strives to support the community, helping children, parents, and staff through outreach that includes tuition assistance and scholarships to high performing students and families in need.
