Last week, our Competition Team participated in the AAU Taekwondo National Championships,and I couldn't be more proud of every single athlete.

Together, they brought home an incredible 32 medals, but what make me the proudest isn't just the hardware-it's the dedication, discipline, sportsmanship, and heart they showed every step of the way.

These students have spent countless hours training, pushing through challenges, supporting one another, and representing our school with integrity.

A huge thank you to our coaches, families, and supporters who make moments like this possible.

Our In-House Tournament was a big success this past wknd. Everyone from our 4yr olds up to our adults had a really good time competing. They had fun showing off their forms, their strength in board breaks, their skills in sparring and their overall physical and mental strength in the fitness challenge.
This couldn’t have been done without all of our helpers. Big thank you to our instructors, the Competition Team Parent Board and all of the volunteers. #tournament #karate #fitness #martialarts #buildingcharacter
