On June 23, 2026, Jennine Elaine Labuzan-DeLane appeared before the court for her court hearing in Oxford, Mississippi. During the hearing, the judge Sharion Aycock reviewed the prior summary judgment and stated that Jennine was being detained for contempt of court due to her refusal to comply with an order requiring the signing of property deeds, the judge issued a federal bench warrant for Jennine’s arrest. Jennine, representing herself, maintained her position throughout the hearing that she does not want to sign her deeds. When informed that she could remain detained indefinitely until compliance, Jennine acknowledged the consequences but continued to refuse to sign. The judge then said she was going to use the “Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 70,” which permits the court to appoint another individual to execute documents when a party refuses to comply with a court order. The judge says to Jennine do you understand and do you have a response. Jennine says “I object.” The judge was shocked with Jennine’s response.
