🔥⚔️ “Maayong Laki” — Lex,under Iti Walter and Haniti Wes
Sharing a few locks and striking combinations from Pinakatay Arnis Sigidas, the Cursive FMA.
In this sequence, I was waiting to see what the weapon hand would do before committing adjusting to the reaction and feeding it to the opposite side if it remained active.
Just one technique. One possibility. One layer of the system.
Pinakatay is built on principles, allowing practitioners to adapt techniques to their body type, attributes, and environment. That’s why we say it’s the FMA system tailored to you.
Enjoy the technique we’ve got plenty more. 👊🏽⚔️

⚔️🔥 Knowledge shared is knowledge multiplied.
Juego Todo USA Ambassador Philip Gill and Juego Todo USA Council Member Lex Crisostomo exchanging locks, takedowns, and applications, piggybacking off one another’s experience and showing the versatility that comes from cross-training and open-minded learning.
Different backgrounds. Different approaches. Same goal: continuous growth.
This is what Juego Todo USA isn’t just caged combat it is also about bringing martial artists together to explore, adapt, and expand their skill sets while building lasting friendships and stronger communities. But encouraging them not just to learn but to apply in the next level combat
The more tools you understand, the more options you have when it matters most. 💪🏽
Iron sharpens iron. Warriors build warriors.
🇺🇸🇵🇭 Building the Next Generation of Warriors ⚔️🔥
Juego Todo USA is a format where both adults and youth can safely test their skills in an environment that allows them to apply many of the techniques they’ve spent years developing.
More than competition, it’s about growth, confidence, sportsmanship, and bringing martial artists together under a common goal.
This weekend in Dallas, Texas, we continued building community ties with JTU State Ambassador Philip Gill, the local community center led by Tierre, and JTU Council Member Lex Crisostomo, sharing knowledge and experience with the next generation of fighters.
From weapons to empty-hand skills, students had the opportunity to learn, adapt, and challenge themselves while making new friendships along the way.
This is how we preserve culture, develop athletes, and strengthen communities one event at a time. 💪🏽⚔️
The future is bright. Dallas showed up. More content to come!🔥
Palaban .sunday putting in the work and building a solid foundation in Doble Baston ⚔️🔥
Every advanced practitioner starts with the basics. Coordination, timing, footwork, and flow are all developed one repetition at a time.
Today was all about sharpening fundamental double-stick movements and learning how the sticks work together as a single system.
Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast. 💪🏽
Keep training. Keep growing. Stay Palaban. 👊🏽⚔️

Learning the deeper layers of self-preservation through Dumog and Panuntukan from Pinakatay Arnis Sigidas ⚔️👊🏽
More than punches and grappling, students explored how to utilize positioning, control, dirty boxing, and opportunistic tools to help level the playing field in disadvantageous situations.
Built on the principle of adaptation, this training focused on developing practical skills for today’s world while tailoring applications to the realities of the Washington, DC environment.
Awareness. Positioning. Control. Adaptation.
Because self-defense isn’t about fighting fair—it’s about getting home safe.
