A Heartfelt Farewell & Special Invitation from His Little Lamb* 💛

Dear Past and Present His Little Lamb Families,

We hope this message finds you and your families well.

We’re reaching out with bittersweet news—His Little Lamb Child Development Center will officially be closing its doors at the end of this school year. After many years of nurturing, teaching, and growing alongside your little ones, this chapter of our journey is coming to a close.

As part of this transition, we also want to share that Mr. and Mrs. Smith will be retiring. Their faithful service, care, and deep love for every child who walked through our doors have left an incredible legacy. We know they hold a special place in the hearts of so many families—past and present.

Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just recently joined our community, please know that you are part of the His Little Lamb story. We are beyond grateful for the trust and love you’ve shared with us over the years.

We would be honored to have you join us as we celebrate our final graduation and honor Mr. & Mrs. Smith’s retirement with one last special gathering:

A Bittersweet Farewell: Mr. & Mrs. Smith’s Retirement Announcement

After more than 30 years of faithful service in early childhood education, our beloved founders, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, have made the decision to retire. This is not a decision that came easily—this work has been their passion, calling, and life’s mission.

Generations of students have walked through the doors of His Little Lamb Child Development Center, and many of them have gone on to become scholars, professionals, and world changers. From Bloomberg to NIH to Johns Hopkins, our alumni are excelling in incredible ways—because Mr. & Mrs. Smith laid a solid foundation.

While we are deeply saddened to share this news, we also recognize the importance of rest and reflection. As of July 3, 2025, His Little Lamb will officially close its doors.

We invite all former families, students, and friends to stop by, say hello, bring flowers, share a memory, or even sit and pray with them as they prepare for this next stage of life. Let’s send them off with love, joy, and gratitude for the legacy they’ve built.

Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Smith. You will forever be the heart of His Little Lamb. 💛🐑

🎄✨ What a beautiful evening at our annual HLL Christmas Program! The kids warmed our hearts with their memory verses and an incredible dance performance—such talent and joy! 💃📖 This year was as phenomenal as ever, and we’re so proud of all the kids for doing such a great job.

A special shoutout to our HLL alum, aka “Principal,” for showing up to cheer on his younger sister. Your support means so much to us! ❤️🎉 We love seeing our HLL family come together during this special time of year.

🍁🐑 We had an unforgettable time on our fall field trip to Cox Farm! From pumpkin picking to meeting the friendly farm animals, every moment was filled with joy, laughter, and learning. Thank you to all the wonderful parents and kiddos who joined us—we’re already looking forward to next year! 🧡🍂
