Our last days of school were filled with hugs, popsicles, glow parties, gift giving, the oh so loved photo books, and all the “regular” preschool magic that happens each and every day at SSDS. So many memories made. 💗

Who We Are.

I am brave. I am strong. I am capable and kind. I am beautiful and magical. I have a smart mind. I treat everyone around me just as I would like to be. Most important of all, I love to be me. My voice matters and I can do hard things.

Today was a beautiful day celebrating our PreK classes. They are so VERY many things and so easy to love. ♥️

A coupe weeks ago, we shellebrated alright! We ate, we drank, we sang, we danced, we bid, we guessed, we flipped (beach buckets!). 🐚🌊🏖️☀️🏝️

To another magnificent year at SSDS! Our students are what make our school go round, but we couldn’t do it without all the amazing adults! Cheers to all you! 🍻

We had a rockin’ school wide event last Monday that we are STILL movin’ and groovin’ from! 🕺🏽💃🏼

The rock ‘n’ roll band, The RTTs, jammed out with our crew…and once again did not disappoint! 🎸🤘🎧🎤🥁

“The Z was Zapped” 💤, performed by Ms. Catey’s PreK, was one for the books! What a production filled with confidence, silliness…and our alphabet!

Feeling proud of our five year old thespians is an understatement! And thank you to for her passion for theatre and bringing the love of learning to her class! 🎭

Weeks of careful observation in all our classrooms — from caterpillars 🐛 to butterflies 🦋 — then the anticipation & joy of setting them free! ✨

Pre-schoolers are at a formative age where they are just beginning to understand the world around them. Our annual Multicultural Fair helps plant the seeds for embracing all our diversities.

Thank you to our entire committee and all our families who volunteered to share their culture with our students. It was truly a special day. ✨✨✨
