Enjoy a vibrant Heritage Fair featuring student-led cultural booths, delicious traditional foods and snacks, fun activities for the whole family, and an exciting Cultural Theater showcasing performances from around the world.

Plus, the first 250 attendees will receive FREE Kona Ice! 🍧

Pizza, snacks and beverages will also be available for purchase, so you don't have to worry about what's for dinner 🍕

This is our largest fundraiser of the year! 100% of proceeds raised goes directly back into supporting a wide variety of programs, events, mini grants and more that benefit our scholars and teachers. Just this year, the PTA has used our funds (raised primarily during last year's silent auction) to sponsor things like the welcome back school dance, Uno Dos Tres Andres assembly, the Pumpkin Patch, a teacher's Books & Beverages event before the holidays, the Chua Lion Dancers assembly, the Spring Fair, K-2 snack closets, provided games for indoor recess, and multiple mini grants that have been given to teachers and staff across the school. And we still have more fun events planned before the end of the year!

Enjoy a lively day filled with a live DJ, performances from the BMES cheer team, a thrilling martial arts demonstration, moon bounce, face painting, lawn games like co****le, sidewalk chalk art, and more! We have some exciting table guests too including Dave & Busters! Feel free to bring a basketball or soccer ball to play with friends if you’d like as well!

🏃‍♂️ Fun Run:
Join our 1-mile Fun Run (walk or run!)—just 4 loops around the school. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels!

Bring the whole family to BMES for PTA's Family Bingo Night on Tuesday, March 10th, from 6:00–7:30 PM!

Please note that the Family Bingo Night will replace the previously scheduled virtual PTA meeting which was to be held on March 10, 2026. The PTA meeting has been cancelled, and the next meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, May 12 at 7:00 PM.

BMES Spirit Wear is Here!
We're excited to share that our Fall/Winter Spirit Wear fundraiser is here! And it's a great time to get orders delivered right before the holidays :-) Flyers were sent home with scholars on Tuesday before the long weekend, but in case it did not make it to you or your scholar was out on Tuesday, here are the details.

Orders are due by this Friday, December 5th at 3pm. You can order easily online at our store, or send the flyer back to your scholar's teacher with exact cash/check for them to put in the PTA mailbox. Checks should be made out to "BMES PTA".
