Thanks to a very generous $34.5 million commitment from a partner, JBU is taking a major step toward launching Northwest Arkansas’s first physician assistant program and three nurse practitioner tracks focused on maternal health, behavioral health and primary care!

The goal is to prepare more highly trained healthcare professionals who can stay, serve with faith, and meet critical needs in communities across Arkansas.

Thanks to the generous support of the Walton Family Foundation, John Brown University is offering an online computer science course that's free for qualifying high school students to earn college credit this fall, and no coding experience is required!

This concurrent enrollment course lets students earn college credit while building critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills that are valuable in any field, not just tech.

A message from our Director of Worship Ministries, Candace Coker:

"I’m eager to explore the depth of God’s heart and mind with the students this year. I believe that cultivating an intimate, sincere and reverent relationship with the Lord is one of the most challenging but meaningful journeys you can ever go on. It will require you to bring all of you – the good, the bad and the scary – before God, allowing Him to see every part. But it will also require you to come face to face with His nature as well – the good, the confusing and the seemingly scary. But we get to rediscover his heart together and translate every discovery into an offering of music, art and whatever else the Spirit leads. I’m not sure what He may choose to do on campus this year, but I’m curious and willing and excited."
