Siloam Springs Kids Day Out is looking for an experienced and compassionate childcare teacher to join our team! We are more than just a daycare; we are a ministry dedicated to serving families throughout Siloam Springs and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for young children
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage spiritual, social, and cognitive development
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration
Collaborate with other staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children

Requirements:
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
A heart for loving and ministering to families
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for supporting the spiritual growth of children
