We’re excited to partner with the City of Siloam Springs on the renovation of the historic and cherished City Park Gazebo! It’s an honor to help preserve such a meaningful landmark that has been a part of the community for generations. We’re looking forward to seeing it restored for everyone to enjoy for years to come.

Crews have begun a full renovation of this beloved community landmark. The project includes removing and replacing rotted wood, steps, framing, flooring, and railing while carefully preserving the gazebo’s historic character and appearance as closely as possible.

This investment will help ensure the gazebo remains a safe, beautiful gathering place for community events, photos, celebrations, and everyday enjoyment for years to come.

Construction is expected to take approximately 3–4 months. We appreciate your patience and understanding as crews work to restore and preserve this cherished piece of our community.

On a ranch on the outskirts of Bentonville, Saving Grace NWA provides housing and support for young women aging out of foster care or experiencing homelessness.

We’re honored to receive the Historic Rehabilitation Award from the City of Fayetteville for our work on the Porter Warehouse Stabilization project.

This project was especially meaningful because of its focus on preserving the historic character and integrity of an important part of Fayetteville’s history. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with the City of Fayetteville and Revival Architecture to help stabilize and preserve the structure for the future.

We love what our team has done to transform the second floor of The House Church in Rogers! The newly renovated space now features welcoming offices, versatile meeting areas, modern bathrooms, and bright classrooms. We also added an exterior staircase for enhanced safety and brought in more natural light with additional windows. Downstairs, the kitchen shines with state-of-the-art commercial equipment—including a new range, hood, refrigeration, and sinks. With these upgrades, The House Church can expand its programs and services to better meet the needs of its congregation and the community.

Ellingson Contracting is proud to have constructed one of the first tenant spaces on the beautiful new Walmart campus in Bentonville. The new Gearhead Outfitters Store is a 3,200-square-foot retail space that offers premium outdoor apparel and gear to Walmart associates and the general public. The project required precise coordination and scheduling to meet a tight timeline within a restricted work area, while maintaining quality standards and ensuring seamless integration with overlapping construction projects around the site. Thank you to our team for completing this project with excellence.
