Today in room 9 we made EDIBLE FIREPLACES!!

This week we are learning all about community helpers. Today we focused on firefighters. As an extension to Ms. Barnes’ last lesson, we made our very own FIRE !! Enjoy the smiles from room 9 and all of their creative fireplaces.

This young lady has been cadet teaching in our room all school year. She will graduate from Sikeston High School on May 15th and plans to go into teaching. Lemme tell you…some people are just made to be teachers, and Ms. Sydney is one of those people. We are so proud of you, Ms. Sydney, and are so thankful you chose to spend some of your senior year in Room 9.
