Our students are putting their new school library to good use as they work together on their math assignment.
There’s something so special about seeing students engaged and making the most of a space created for learning and discovery.

We are truly blessed to have such a beautiful new library where learning happens every day.

We were thrilled to welcome back Tracy Webb, Director of Communication & Law Enforcement Outreach for the United States Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, to speak with our junior high students about an incredibly important topic: web safety.

Tracy presented in a way our students could truly connect with.

Some of the topics she covered included:
AI, Digital Footprints, Screen Time Awareness, Social Media, Cyberbullying, Online Strangers, and your Digital Reputation.

We are so grateful to Tracy for taking the time to educate, engage, and empower our students. These conversations are essential as our future leaders navigate an increasingly digital world. Thank you, Tracy!

First STEM challenge of the school year!

Last week, Ms. Pfrimmer challenged her 6th grade Science students to design a way for a person to open a can of soda without breaking a fingernail!

Students grouped up and brainstormed what materials they would use and how their design would work.

The goal for this project was to think like an engineer, be creative, and to just get those brains going!

It was awesome to see collaboration and to hear students share ideas with each other and learn about the process of trial and error.

We love how excited students are about learning!

What a beautiful way to begin a new school year!

Today, Fr. Tom blessed the backpacks of our TK–8th grade students as they begin another year of learning, growing, and walking in faith. Our students and teachers also gathered together in prayer and prayed the Our Father as one school community.

May God bless our students, teachers, and families with a joyful, successful, and faith-filled school year!

This summer, our principal created a special Junior High Leadership workshop designed to help our students grow in confidence, responsibility, and service. Throughout the four-day experience, students practiced the important skills of properly introducing themselves, offering a confident handshake, and making eye contact when speaking with others.

They also had the opportunity to practice giving tours of our school, learn strategies for staying organized, and explore meaningful ways to become more involved in their school community. Along the way, they enjoyed getting to know some of our new teachers and sharing lunch together.

The experience also included time for prayer and reflection as students attended Mass in our parish chapel.

We are so proud of our junior high leaders and excited to see how they will use these skills to serve, welcome, and make a positive difference in our school community!

TEACHER TREND! POST A PHOTO OF YOURSELF, IN THE SAME GRADE LEVEL YOU ARE TEACHING!

Ms. Christiansen is ready to welcome her new first-grade class! She shares this photo of herself in 1st grade, which is the start of her journey that led her to a love of learning and teaching.

She can’t wait to share her passion of reading, writing, and God’s love for each of us with her students this year. And, of course, there may even be time for a tune or two on her classroom piano!

We’re so excited for another wonderful year with Ms. Christiansen!
