The Learning Korner Preschool The Learning Korner Preschool believes in the importance of creating a safe environment for the children in the classroom.

Honeybees-Tuesday/Thursday 8-11 "3 years by July 31st"
Meadowlarks-Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8-11 "3 years by March 30"
Sunflowers-Monday through Thursday 12:30-3:30 "4 years by July 31st" There are four aspects of a safe environment. It should be a place where children feel comfortable and able to express themselves, are willing to take learning risks, are happy and excited to be there, and feel that they are a cohesive and secure unit. During their preschool experience, children will be exposed to daily experiences that are designed to help children grow emotionally, socially, intellectually and physically as well as encourage a strong sense of individuality and self-esteem. The children will be treated with kindness and respect and activities will be adapted to meet the different learning rates of the individual child.
