Iowa State University Extension and Outreach – Fremont County is seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded County Youth Coordinator to join our team!

This position provides leadership for 4-H and youth programming throughout Fremont County, including developing and delivering educational programs, supporting 4-H clubs and volunteers, coordinating camps and special events, building community partnerships, and creating hands-on learning opportunities for youth.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young people, enjoys building relationships within the community, and is organized, creative, and able to work independently as well as with a team.

Do you love working with kids and helping them learn, grow, and have fun?

We’re looking for volunteer Clover Kids Club Leaders for two of our Fremont County 4-H clubs:

WMP Club — Shenandoah
Washington PEP Club — Hamburg

Clover Kids are our youngest 4-H members (K–3rd grade), and club leaders help them explore, create, learn new things, and discover what 4-H is all about!

Happy National Intern Day to our 2026 summer interns, Wyatt Lemonds and Nora Martin! We’re so proud of everything they’ve accomplished! Thank you both for your hard work. Wyatt stepped out of his normal and did all things livestock and excelled with little direction! Nora is rocking her crown and sash, and we will be cheering her on as she competes at the Iowa State Fair!
