Recreation Monitors work directly with the public and help ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all.

MCC's Paws & Effect Dog Trainings pick back up next week! 🐾

Mark your calendars to join us every Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. July 14 through August 25 with your furry friend! $15 per night; cash preferred, checks accepted. Meet at the pavilion/greenhouse on the Sidney campus. Most trainings will take place outside, but if the weather is bad, we will meet in room 510 of the North Building.

Arrive with a hungry dog, tummy-safe treats, a collar (not corrective), and a non-retractable leash. Keep dogs separate from other dogs. You will learn how to build a relationship, trust, and respect with your pup, plus get started on the foundation skills needed to be a well-mannered companion. Those who are more advanced will practice advance loose leash walking and other basic skills by adding duration and distraction. Don’t forget those high-value treats!

MCC's Sidney and Greenville campuses will be closed most of the day tomorrow, July 7, for an employee appreciation outing. Sidney campus will close at 9:45 a.m. and the Greenville campus will close at 10:15 a.m. This includes the pool, gym and fitness center. Thank you for understanding as employees take some time away!

We apologize for the late notice, but swimming lessons for tonight and all other pool activities are cancelled (beginning at 4:30 p.m.). The gym floor resurfacing has caused a chemical smell in the locker rooms and pool area and we want to keep patrons comfortable.
