🎒 Ready, Set, School! 📚

Applications are now open for Delaware Opportunities' 2026 Back-to-School Assistance Program!

Eligible households (up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level) may apply for:
✏️ School supply kits
🧴 Hygiene supplies
⛽ Limited $100 fuel cards

Please note: You do not need to be requesting school supplies to apply for hygiene supplies or fuel card assistance. If your household is income eligible, you're welcome to apply for those resources on their own.

📅 Applications are due by August 7, 2026.

Celebrated our last day of school with bubble day that turned into kids wanting to wash down the playground toys!

We had a nice picnic lunch and then had our moving up ceremony!

So proud of each and every one of them!

🚍Yesterday Mr. Sean brought a big school bus to our school! Since our program doesn’t have busses anymore, we felt it is important to have this special visitor teach us all about bus safety.

🛑He shared important rules, how to cross the road and what to do in an emergency. He showed us the bus can be loud but it isn’t too scary!

🚸Thank you so much to Sidney Central School District and the bus garage- and Mr. Sean for taking to time to share how we can be safe on the school bus!
