Some days you move mountains ⛰️ and some days you move from the bed to the couch. 🛋️

Both are important. Self-care and mental health are both mountains of their own. As therapy providers, we offer tools and strategies to support our clients.

But therapy professionals are no strangers to the need to have a self care plan in place. Occupational therapists, OTAs, speech therapists, and physical therapists, PTAs, are long-time sufferers of therapy burnout.

Take a look at the caseload requirements, productivity standards, and unpaid tasks that many therapists need to balance. But add in the new challenges with serving clients with increased productivity requirements, in many cases and self care for health professionals is very much-needed now more than ever.

The thing is that as occupational therapy providers, we KNOW the need for balance. The occupational balance of work/play/rest is very much a service to ourselves and a fine line that must be honored. We recognize the need to set realistic expectations for ourselves, all while having to deal with the unrealistic expectations of the job.

Quite a day…..

Hello, Sibley!

My name is Tristan and I am a University student from 🇪🇪 Estonia!
I am going door to door helping families with their education.
I sell educational books & apps with Southwestern Advantage from little babies all the way through SAT and ACT preparation.
This is my (5th) summer working with the company and I am very, very happy to say I have been able to help over 2496 families with educational resources.
I DO NOT REPRESENT OR AM AFFILIATED with any of the schools.
It is my summer internship and this is the way that I get to pay my way through school.
I sell:
1) Study guides that help parents to help kids with Maths & other subjects.
2) Study guides that help children save time doing homework & test
3) Fun and educational kids' books from babies till the end of elementary school to give them a head start for preschool and kindergarten.
4) Advanced learning materials that help your child excel in AP classes and SAT and ACT.

When I knock on your door, then know that I have an accent, please do not be intimidated by that. 😉
