Drums For Development A movement using the universal language of music to develop solidarity for a sustainable future.

Drumming is a form of creative expression that is accessible to everyone and allows us to connect with everyone, from everywhere, on a level beyond words. We believe that creativity and connection are the source of community resiliency and that celebrating global diversity expands the creative potential. We host local events to build community and organize ecotourism trips to InTerraTree, a locally-owned ecovillage and cross-cultural education center in Togo, West Africa. We also practice responsible exchange, buying and selling djembe drums and other handcrafts made in Togo by Centre Des Hommes to fund local sustainable development projects.
