We are proud to announce Kathryn Ferguson as the next principal of Caddo Middle Magnet, the top-performing middle school in the state of Louisiana.

A former Louisiana Middle School State Teacher of the Year, she brings a strong record of excellence and leadership to this role. Mrs. Ferguson currently serves as assistant principal of instruction at Youree Drive Middle AP Magnet, where she has led efforts to strengthen instruction, support teachers, and drive academic gains.

We are grateful to Robin DeBusk for her leadership and lasting impact on the Caddo Middle Magnet community.

Mrs. Ferguson will transition into the role this spring to support a smooth transition for students, staff, and families.
